This hotel exceeded my expectations. the location is fantastic with breathtaking views from the rooftop restaurant. On the mountains and overlooking the dam, it's simply amazing. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. the breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from. the leopard safari arranged by the hotel is worth the bumpy ride. the organized placement of every facility is impressive.

Nothing not too like.

The hotel was very organized and the staff was kind and humble. the location was central and had a beautiful view from the rooftop restaurant. the room was very spacious and clean, with great interiors. the safari ride was adventurous and exciting, despite being bumpy. the hospitality was amazing and made us feel like family. the food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious and should not be missed.

we were given unsealed water bottles that contained tap water instead of bottled water.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel and I loved how everything was organized. The staff was kind and friendly, which made me feel at home. I enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was situated in a beautiful area, which allowed me to take nice walks and enjoy the scenery. The hotel also had a rooftop restaurant, and the food was delicious. I also liked the fact that the rooms were spacious and clean.

There were a couple of things I didn't appreciate during my stay. The hotel gave us water bottles that turned out to be tap water instead of the branded Bisleri water bottles.
